The Manager, Brand & Creative Services position is responsible for overseeing the concept, design and production of all creative projects, both digital and traditional, for multiple business units. This position will entail both hands on design conceptualization and execution of Video and Radio production, website design, direct mail, email and other digital and print campaigns, including management of both internal and external partnerships. The Manager, Brand & Creative Services will ensure all creative deliverables are designed and produced to specification, all assigned timelines and deadlines are met and all projects fall within the SelectQuote brand guidelines and quality expectations.
The Manager, Brand & Creative Services will work with internal team members to develop and refine ideas and must have strong ability work autonomously, demonstrate peer leadership and possess strong verbal and visual communication skills. The person in this role will act as a creative conduit between Marketing Business owners for Sales Channels and internal and external partners. The person chosen for this role will be a gifted graphic designer, but also possess a demonstrated ability to partner across organizations effectively. The person in this role should be able to listen closely to team members and create materials that reflect communication objectives and be flexible enough to accommodate design changes. This position will be primarily focused on design, but it also requires the ability to think not only from a design perspective, but also understand and satisfy the overall business objectives for each program and execute in a way that delivers the ideal customer experience and achieves leadership objectives.
