  • Overview

    This position is responsible for hardware and software troubleshooting and support.  This position will require an “on the job” supervised training period.


    • Solve computer related problems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
    • In charge of generating helpdesk tickets in ticketing system and assigning the tickets to a technician
    • Monitor all print servers
    • Inventory management and updates
    • Phone and In house application tester
    • Building and setup of new employee computer systems including software operating systems, security updates and virus software
    • Assist in monitoring networked computer equipment.
    • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the computer telephony interface environment
    • Departmental moves
    • Ability to gain knowledge and understanding of internal software 


    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft applications
    • In-depth knowledge of PC’s and operating systems
    • Ability to gain knowledge and understanding of internal software
    • Works well under pressure
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Able to build solid customer relationships
    • Team player

    Training and Experience

    • High school degree required and Bachelor’s degree desirable
    • Working knowledge and experience with PC imaging
