The Customer Care Agent is the primary point of contact with a client after they have purchased a product with SelectQuote. This person forms an ongoing relationship with the customer and acts as the liaison between the sales agent, case specialist, and enrollment specialist to help with the successful transition to a new core plan. The Customer Care Agent makes onboarding calls to clients to ensure satisfaction, reduce rapid disenrollment, handle client inquiries, and help with post-enrollment issues. In addition, this role is also responsible for referring and/or selling secondary, health and non-health related products to these clients after successful completion of the primary sale. The Customer Care Agent will also help SelectQuote customers from the Auto & Home and Life divisions learn more about the plans and products available through SelectQuote Senior.
