    SelectQuote Senior is looking to hire highly motivated and competitive people for an immediate opening on our one-of-a-kind insurance agency in the Kansas City area!  Our Business Development Team is the center of building relationships with prospects who submitted requests for insurance quotes and handing these clients off to Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives. We have a fun, comfortable and fast pace working environment where our employees are rewarded for their achievements and a positive attitude can take you far.

    Responsibilities

    ·         Outbound calling upon prospects who requested an insurance quote online, building urgency and value in the SelectQuote process followed by warm transferring the interested client to a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

    ·         Educate consumers on our panel of highly rated insurance carriers, the process the customer will go through, and execute handing off the customer to our licensed agents

    ·         Outbound phone calls from our existing customer base to extend an exclusive offer for auto and home insurance comparison quotes by our licensed agents.

    ·         Articulate the benefits of comparison shopping for insurance to preferred clientele

    ·         Day One, you will be provided with paid training – you will become subject matter experts and be given the tools to become successful rapidly

    ·         Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs

    ·         Meet and exceed specific, attainable goals

    Qualifications

    • Ability to multi-task coupled with excellent time management skills

    Training and Experience

    • High school diploma or GED is required
