  • Overview

    The Customer Service Rep involves working to help SQS’s clients and maximize the number of in-force policies. This position provides vital customer service and follow-up with carriers and applicants to ensure efficient enrollment for clients into Medicare insurance products. This position requires extensive telephone work, complementing the sales process by handling objections, reinforcing the buying decision and persuading clients to return their paperwork.


    • Manage cases using the Contact Management System
    • Manage a high volume voicemails and e-mails
    • Answer client’s phone inquiries about their application
    • Answer insurance carrier’s phone and e-mails about the status of applications
    • Sort and processes the mail
    • Report on client interactions
    • Additional projects as assigned

    Training and Experience
