  • Overview

    The AEP Policy Services Coordinator involves helping SelectQuote’s clients and maximizing the number of in-force policies. This position provides vital customer service and follow-up with carriers and agents to ensure efficient enrollment for clients into Medicare insurance products. This position requires extensive computer and telephone work, complementing the sales process by handling objections, updating sales statuses, filling out forms, and sending communication via mail and fax.


    • Provide daily and weekly reporting updates
    • Update status changes in SelectCare
    • Work with Customer Care Agents to efficiently and effectively address client issues
    • Contact carriers to update application statuses
    • Assist sales agents with completion of necessary forms
    • Manage cases using the Contact Management System
    • Manage a high volume voicemails and e-mails
    • Answer client’s phone inquiries about their application
    • Answer insurance carrier’s phone and e-mails about the status of applications

    Training and Experience

    • High school diploma or GED
